is March, 2012.
if i change my employer now, Do i need to resubmit perm application? THe job
title will be changed.
and My current H1B is at 5th year already. by Sep, 2014, it will be the end
of 5th year.
if the new employer has to resubmit perm application, does it need to finish
submission by Sep, 2014 (the end of my 5th year of my H1B)?
And due to job title change, will I be able to keep my PD?
how much rish will all this be?

employer. The pd can be kept.
you can use the current approved I140 to renew your H1B for another 3 years
