Fed 要想查这些持 B-1 签证进美国的人到底干没干活，直接要求他们所打工的公司提
供 source code management system 的记录就可以了，有没有在美国期间提交过代码
不是一目了然？我就不信这些人一行代码都没提交过。
这事后面的水可真够深的。

another 34 million to hire a lot lobbyists to set them off the hook.
Well, you only wish NIU has same amount of cash to do the hiring.
So it's not really about the law. It's all about money.
