发帖数: 238 | 1 公司律师一再拖拉，借口不断。终于轮到可以file PWD了，政府关门，刚好可以不用
file了，现在开门以后又是各种借口不断，就是不file，理由包括：iCERT technical
issues，现在这个借口不能用了，又说the online system only works during off
peak hours。这样下去原本2个月的事情6个月都弄不完。
看看版上有没有最近成功file的再去argue，同时跪求建议怎么对付这种律师。谢谢！ |

我亲自登录ICERT了,显示case确实要等几分钟，不过最后还是能出现。
到最后一步，就出现SUBMIT了，尽管我没SUBMIT,但是我觉得应该可以。

company is fine.
I have filed the first PW last month, and heard some one did not get the PW
after 8 weeks. That is the reason I am asking it is the lawyer firm's
problem or the system.
BTW, due to the downgrade issues, We are filing another PW one week ago and
wondering whether the PW EB2 will fall on the minimum level 2.

发帖数: 238 | 11 Personally I think the government shutdown gave the law firm a good excuse
to delay submitting PWD. If the system was really down, then immigration law
firms across the country would have had the same problems, which is not the
case.

发帖数: 238 | 12 Is the employer or law firm the only one get notified once the prevailing
wage is approved? If so, then employees don't get notified until the law
firm processes the response, am I correct? Thanks!
