。但在这上一段，还写了：
Provide a clear and legible copy of the principal J2 spouse dependent's DS-
2019
Submit a complete statement regarding the reason for addition income and
explain why the J-1 principal is unable to fund this anticipated activity.
Also, submit a detailed monthly breakdown of costs including housing costs,
subsistence, childcare, etc.
我只是F1 academic student。我感觉是USCIS的问题。打电话给USCIS，那边说这个信
不是他们寄出的，说让我发邮件去问为什么需要这些材料。或者就是寄回能寄的。
版上有前辈碰到过这种问题吗。我是该无视那段话就寄回照片 还是要其他的办法？ 甚

were never in J1/J2, and those questions are not applicable to you. |
