标 题: PERM 招致 Audit 甚至 SR 的 8 种情况

DOL 最新公布 PERM audit 标准。遇到以下情况的基本上 audit 或 supervised
recruiting 没跑了。

* Primary requirements are less than Bachelor's Degree excluding dairy
workers （怪不得大厨少了呢）
* Trade related occupations
* Public schools
* 50% of Cases where job requires degree with no experience （新毕业学生，没
经验的，一半概率被 audit）
* 50% Cases where employer has indicated that they have had a layoff on the
9089. （过去半年内裁员了的，一半概率被 audit）
最后三种除了 Audit 以外还会导致 SR：
* Re-submitted applications after denial within the calendar year
* Re-submitted applications after withdraw of an audit case within a
calendar year（靠，audit 了就 withdraw，然后重新 file，以为 DOL 都是傻 X 啊）
* Application was not filed electronically |

audit以后多久能知道正式通知啊？ |

这个情况很多公司都不会给交perm了。
