update the number later.
So they mean they can only give out demand data after eb3c PD retrogresses
or becomes unavailable?

发帖数: 2769 | 7 一直以来都是这样的。这个数据公布的是积压的 demand 数量。如果排期正在前进的话
就表明 visa number 充足，不会有太多的积压。
