后来转身份很多次都没有问题 现在有有效的I94卡
有没有这种经验的 会有什么问题么 怎么解决？
估计这样的很少吧 郁闷。。。 |

substitute for the I-94. Of course, if you have I-94 that will be better.

I wish what they want is just that entry stamp~

and sea travel.
If you entered the US before 3/27/2013 and you lost your I-94 card, please
follow the instruction on the website below:

发帖数: 446 | 8 My last entry was in 2008. Too long ago. that I 94 has already expired for
a long time and I have many new I 94 valid after change the status. So I
doubt that if it is still meaningful to apply through the way you gave.

发帖数: 83 | 9 1. The last I-94 on your I-797A form should be fine, if you extended your H1
in US.
2. My last entry was still paper based, and I can also get my I-94 record on
https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/request.html
3. Your legal stay history is reflected from all your 797 forms and passport
(s). The last I-94 is just for another verification of your last legal entry
