review，然后AP/EAD也还是initial review. 我现在是H1B身份，5月份要回国几周，感
觉可能等不到AP下来，所以现在在准备申H1B visa的事情。
现在有个疑问是DS-160这个问题怎么回答：
Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the United
States Citizenship and Immigration Services?
我问了律师，她说填"NO"，因为我只是beneficiary。我感觉有点道理但又不能确定，
想问问大家的意见或者经验。多谢啦。

当填No，如果你也递交了485,算不算仅仅是beneficiary，可以再和律师确认一下。 |

technically an immigrant visa is just the I-140. The I-485 is the
adjustment of status (green card) application. You can definitely let them
know…nothing to hide, but technically the answer to the question is “no”
b/c the I-140 is for your husband and you are a derivative—so it was not
filed “on your behalf”. (or at least, as attorneys, that is what we would
say) If you want to put yes and put in the info and say it is for your
husband, that is fine, so you don’t feel like you are hiding anything.
