Decision
On May 13, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer
's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the
notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days
following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing
referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before
receiving your card, please call our customer service center at 1-800-375-
5283.
During this step the formal decision (approved/denied) is written and the
decision notice is mailed and/or emailed to the applicant/petitioner. You
can use our current processing time to gauge when you can expect to receive
a final decision.
去年11月就current了，一直没有消息，今年一月 通过congressman查询，得知是因为
background check，三月做了infopass，我的case一直在local office，接待的lady很
nice，告知BC没有结束，如果到6月还没有消息，我可以给她发email，她会帮忙follow
-up。昨天看到status变了。
总结：如果有经历BC的同学，不要灰心。infopass 比congressman更有效，前提是case
在local office，争取拿到local office 官员的联系方式。 |
