用担心他们很有经验云云），但我的职位是属于非常generic的business管理职位，还
是不放心，希望过来人指点一下：
Job title: Director (问题：要不要具体写什么方面的director?)
Job Duties:
• Perform detailed quantitative analysis and develop complex financial
models in Microsoft Excel and/or other advanced modeling software to
support executive management decisions on critical strategic projects.
• Manage projects to analyze operation performance metrics across the
company, and identify issues or growth opportunities based on the complex
data set to drive improvement actions.
• Manage cross-functional teams to successfully deliver strategic
projects for the firm on aggressive schedule.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations to senior management
on where the company should invest to drive growth.
• Synthesize, distill and socialize the most relevant industry trends
in XXX and YYY and its implications for the firms’s global business
• Analyze industry competitor financial performance and strategic
plans to determine how to effectively compete or collaborate with these
competitors.
• Design new operational processes to improve execution of key
activities such as sales operations or product development.
Education & Experience (关键问题，能不能具体写“要求2年经验在。。。方面？）
Requires a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business
Administration and 5 years of experience in the job offered or related
position. Experience must include:
• Proficient in creating and managing complex financial and operation
models, including P&L projections, operation metric analysis, and consumer
behavior analysis in digital product/content
• 3-year experience in management consulting firm or internal
corporate strategy role
• 2-year experience in growth opportunities/strategic projects
definition, evaluation, and prioritization using both qualitative and
quantitative methods
• 2-year Experience in business process redesign/reengineering and
organization restructuring
• 1-year experience in creating industry landscape, competitor
profiles, and analyzing competitors’ financial performance and strategic
plans
• Skilled in business metric design, review, analysis, and adoption to
drive operation improvement
• Direct project experience in sales force management, including sales
process design, sales rep guidelines development, and CRM system adoption
• Extensive industry knowledge in XXX, YYY, and ZZZ
