president to add additional green card quota for STEM majors? For example,
20,000 per year for three years. I believe that can be an executive order,
right?
It is unreasonable and unfair to give EADs directly to undocumented
immigrants while let legal immigrants keep waiting for 5-10 more years,
Chinese and Indians.
If Obama really make up his mind to warrant EAD to illegals, we should
request him to do something to legal immigrants as well. Since the president
has no power to change the law, why not he make STEM as a special case? If
STEMs can get GCs earlier, the rest can get GC faster as well. Obama need
something to cover his dirty ass by giving some soup to legal immigrants. |

petitions make no sense ( In fact I signed all three). I am trying to figure
out here what Obama can legally do to benefit people here on this board, or
what we can potentially ask him to do since immigration topic has momentum
now.
