，就被锁在了三类，以后想relink回二类都不可以了吗？

比如你没换工作，只是从H-1B换到了用EAD工作
还可以挂靠回去

用了ead就不能回H1B了， 身份变为AOS。
ＥＡＤ会被锁定？不知你指的锁定什么。

140是否有效基本只跟你换没换工作有关，跟什么H-1B EAD AP还是180天没有任何关系
