have been americans'. 29 months OPT for STEM, sure, it's been there since
loooong time ago. but for non - STEM? wtf? how did people even thought of
that? it's like making job hunting even worse for both americans and non-
americans. recent studies have shown that there are alot more indian 小留
than chinese ones, studying in US is advertised as a cheap, quick and dirty
way of getting education. hell, it's even cheaper than buying your way into
a good high school/uni in china.
