are fine. No need to do the PERM again.

最近一次询问是本周,对方回复如下:
If your daily job function is similar, there's no need to file a new I-140.
A new filing will be required if there's material change, such as location,
promotion to managerial position from a IC level, or job function change,
such as from software to hardware, or a different field. |
