版上报绿的比例2 一直比3 低很多。可能多数人等了那么多年已经没有感觉了，批了也
只是觉得了结了一件事。相对而言，降级还是一年前的事情，而且当时辩论斗争非常激
烈，大跃进和retro 6年+ 5月内部U，到最近又跃进，简直是戏一样的节奏。因此吸引
的人多，报绿的人当然也多。 |

and lucky because you got RFE from TSC even before your PD became current
again.

PDs have been waiting for more than 5 fucking years! The fact that he moves
the EB2 VB slowly has nothing to do with approving older cases that became
current recently!
