Downgraded EB2 cases were indeed being counted towards EB3 so no worries
there. He said the Chinese bloggers were clueless about what they were
talking about and they were raising expectations and making false
speculations because they don't have the data he has to make a legit
argument.
I said as a government agency these data should be made available to the
public so others can look at it themselves. Then he said the agency didn't
have the time to do so because they devote their resources and time to
calculate the data and publish the visa bulletins. He said there were many
variables that should be taken into consideration when projecting the
movement. And he is the only one who has all the information about these
variables.
It doesn't sound like he would continue to move EB3 drastically. And he said
he had already been very generous to China EB2. He said the best way to
predict the movement is to look at the "visa availabilities in the coming
months" section in the Visa Bulletin.
I was being very polite to him the entire time. He is a bit rude and
condescending. He asked me to stop talking several times and hung up on me
once. I called back and talked to him for about 20-30 minutes in total. |

什么是demand?
是不是说eb2交了485算EB2 demand?
还是说奥本手中的数据是说下个月有多少EB2 PD available.
如果说当前available的EB2没交485(可能降级交了EB3的485），那还算噢本的demand吗？
是不是eb2降级eb3的以后的A number没变？ 如果没变，是不是可以要求噢本把已经交
了EB3的485的人从EB2的demand里面去掉？

这都算对EB2很大方了，他没搞错吧，去年算上FFA还少给了400多，都还没EB3批得多，
现在每月报绿人数10来个，这都算很大方，我都怀疑他数据作假，他这不是完全黑箱操
作吗，反过来还要怪我们没有数据，他倒是把数据公开阿 |

The last time when you published Demand Data it was Feb 7, 2014. There were
a total accumulated demand of 3,425 China EB2. One year has passed and the
visa bulletins allows only very few China EB2 to submit I-485 because these
few China EB2 missed the window in 2012 to submit their I-485. It would be
a very fair guess that 300 new China EB2 could have been added to the 3,425
accumulated demand, making it about 3,800. From Feb 2014 to January 2015
you have allocated about 3,500 visa numbers to China EB2, leaving only a few
hundred in your Demand data. Could you take a look at China EB2 demand and
let us know how soon do you think the China EB2 demand will be exhausted?
