是不是表明已经link到EB3了，不用担心了？
此外，我交485的时候没有交出生证明，这里提到name check valid，那我还会被REF要
求提交birth certificate吗？有可能直接率吗？
话说还是找议员有用啊，SR16号做的，到现在没有消息，议员20好才做的，这么快就有
