状态是，
On February 2, 2015, we received your response to our Request for Evidence
for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to
Adjust Status, Receipt Number LINXXXX. Our Nebraska Service Center office
will begin working on your case again.
可我还在准备这些response的材料啊，请问该怎么让NSC改正啊？

定了直接回复了！你是降级的话就不需要重新体检了！
