发帖数: 309 | 1 去年开始联系律师办perm,最近应该能file，当时签的合同上是办eb2。上个月老公的
niw批了，我就想改办eb3，板上考古的结果是perm是一样的，140按eb3file就行了。是
不是我等perm批下来再告诉律师就行了？怕被律师忽悠，先来版上问一下，谢谢大家！

In regard to your case, for our Chinese nationals we have definitely taken
the strategy of filing an EB-3, even where the PERM application allows for
an EB-2 position. Since we will use the same PERM application –whether we
ask for EB-2 or EB-3, we would recommend making the final decision of
whether to file EB-2 or EB-3 (or both) after the PERM application is
adjudicated.
