H4 EAD Notification
It's been a long time coming, but the rules that will allow certain H-4
spouses to apply for employment authorization documents (EADs) are expected
to be unveiled in the coming weeks! If you are interested in applying for an
EAD, please complete the form below. As soon as we have clear details on
the final H-4 EAD rules, we will notify you via eMail.
Note that your H1B spouse must either (a) have an approved I-140, or (b)
have extended H1B status beyond six years based on the American
Competitiveness in the Twenty-First Century Act (AC21) (i.e. Extended beyond
six years based on a PERM labor certification or I-140 pending for at least
365 days).
Note: Filling and submitting this form is for notification only. This does
not initiate a process or make you a client of the Murthy Law Firm.
