The same here. Is your case in TSC? My PD is Jan 2010 too. I was told RFE
was sent out on 02/26, but I haven't received it yet. My attorney haven't
got it either. I submitted EAD/AP renew application at the beginning of Jan.
My current one expired on 03/09. The case is still pending. I can not
believe this is my third time to renew EAD.

need AP to travel to Cancun this coming Saturday. It seems like I have to
cancel my trip.
You can try to call USCIS. I called them last week to ask for expedited
processing of my EAD application. My request was approved.

I just called last week to expedite my EAD/AP applications which I submitted
at the end of December (right after it is within 120 days). I called twice
and the second lady was very nice and helped me to expedite the
applications. My wife also called twice until the guy helped her to
expedite the applications.
Both cases were approved the next day. We just got our EAD approval notices
yesterday. No AP approval notices yet. But the applications were also
approved.
