H1B到期了。 有如下问题， 不知是否有经验人士解答一下：
1. In normal case, how soon the EAD can be issued? If by May, I have not
received it, how can I expedite its approval?
2. If my EAD is issued before May, could I start to use it in my current job
. If so, what is my immigrant status? Do I need to extend my H1B then?
3. Since I filed NIW in Chemistry field. If I use EAD for an industry job in
the same field before PR is issued, does that affect its final approval?
4. If I start a new job after receiving EAD, what do I inform USCIS about
the employment change.
5. Any disadvantage if I change jobs before PR final approval? | r**z

2. you can use when it becomes valid. you status will be AOS. you can still
extend your H1B. If not, you will keep in AOS until your 485 got approved.
3. No, EAD comes from your filed 485. using it won't affect your 485.

5. The only drawback of using EAD to work is if your 485 is rejected in case
