I have a question regarding when to file the form I-485. For example, if
next month my visa number is available for May 2015, should I file
application before May 1, 2015 (usually the visa bulletin will be available
around April 10, 2015)? Or I have to wait to at least May 1, 2015 to mail
out the application materials?

30, 2015 thus USCIS will receive on May 1, 2015? Otherwise, does USCIS check
the stamp date and would return the applications which mailed out before
May 1, 2015?
