问题：
1） 需要准备以前学校的I-20么？
2) I-94 records基本上没有了，还需要么？
3） H-1B的批准就是I-797是么？
4） 还需要哪些？OPT, EAD?

• You are an Employment-Based Principal Applicant
• An immigrant visa is not immediately available: and
• A valid job offer may be required for your adjustment.

I-20不算employment authorization
就交EAD(如果你2012年以后用了的话)和H-1B I-797 approval notice
另外交最后一次入境I-94
后面在职证明要currently dated,当然以前的offer letter不行

入境后的身份证明即可。

律师当时说的是递交485后就是双重身份， 可以去使馆申请工作签证回，也可用
advance parole，是这样没错对么？ |

asking for continuous employment proof since received date of your I-485.
From posts on trackitt.com, it looks this kind of request is common for
those who had their I-485 pending for a long time at USCIS, such as your

境了，不该问你要12年的了，就该要最新的一次了。
