请问Perm和140会受影响吗？需要重办吗？或者需要找USCIS备案吗？

发帖数: 558 | 4 It all depends how they (your lawyer and HR) interprets the difference the
two job descriptions. You will need a new PERM if they deem that they have
substantial difference. This is mostly in their discretion.
Mine was shot down although there is only a couple of words difference. :(

我的律师在办绿卡之前就给了上述这段话, 压根没什么interprets the difference
the
two job descriptions.
老板自然就采纳律师的说法......
