发帖数: 5 | 6 We probably were selected for no reason because there was no problem for us.
During the interview, the officer just read the questions from the i485, and
it went very well.
At the end, he asked me (the derivative applicant) submit the marriage
certificate and our child's birth certificate. So I gave him the copies for
those certificates.
Both of my husband and I got a notice said our interview was completed but
because of the priority date was current so we need to wait for the PD
become current again.
Maybe the background check is about the marriage? |
