file 485后回国问题的答复，希望对版上的童鞋有帮助。
If we file I-485 on June 1st through FedEx standard overnight:
1. When will USCIS receive the package in their mailroom and have a stamp on
it (referred as Received Date)?
THE DATE AFTER WE FEDEX THE I-485 case TO USCIS
2. When will they actually open the package and send out Receipt Notice (
referred as Notice Date)?
USUALLY 10 days LATER
3. Is it totally fine for me to travel after the Received Date?
YES AS LONG AS YOU HAVE AN UNEXPIRED H1 VISA STAMP IN YOUR PASSPORT
Or do I have to travel after the Notice Date?
NO
4. How do we know my application is received before I leave?
FEDEX TRACKING NO
Is there anything can evidence that?
5. If I do need to travel after the Notice Date, or we could not mail it out
before or on June 1st, I will consider to file after I come back on June
22nd.
THAT IS A POSSIBLE OPTION IF YOU PREFER THAT
Let's get to the main point: will I be fine to leave US on June 5th if we
file on June 1st ?
YES---YES AS LONG AS YOU HAVE AN UNEXPIRED H1 VISA STAMP IN YOUR PASSPORT | L********n

该不影响你的签证决定
