2、要写Job Duty。单位不肯出，485就会被拒了。原单位不出，现在单位也不出吗？

immigration specialist, 这个不是随便哪个HR都可以签的。叫你老板和他们说。
要强调 case 是公司file, 你只是beneficiary, 现在USCIS怀疑case 真实性 是公司的
responsibility and liability. 不写EVL你悲剧不要紧 但是公司的程序被federal
agency 认为是immigration fraud 责任他们负得起么？以后再也没法conduct
recruiting for foreign worker, 这个责任他们负得起么？HR不作为 导致employee
turnover, key person for projects cannot be retained 造成business unit 损失
责任HR作为不produce 的cost center 付得起么? （最后一句需要老板骂）
