06/05开始联系议员，议员还是很给力，帮我问了两次，答复如下。没有什么实质进展
，至今还没有RFE.
06/01: USCIS response
The status of this service request is:
Your file has been requested and will be reviewed by a supervisor. You
should receive a decision or notice of other action within 30 days of the
date of this letter.
06/09: 议员的回复
The supervisor informed me that Mr. XXX’s application is currently in the
correct location, and is just waiting in line to be adjudicated for final
review. I would estimate that Mr. XXX’s application will be worked by an
adjudication officer within the next 10-14 days.
06/16: 议员第二次询问的回复
just called again and while they couldn’t confirm you had been upgraded
from EB-3 to EB-2 (because the system available to the liaisons doesn’t
show that info), the guy I spoke with said the file is in the correct
location and with the unit where those determinations are made / verified. |
