如果全部自己弄，体检也也做好，2天就可以了。如果体检没做完，1周也差不多了。
我的情况，要current后将近3周才交得上。因为律师休假，律师要求我填好表后，等她
回来review才能交。即使我现在全部弄好，也得等。

对于H／L等有双重倾向的签证，进入美国马上交140或485或两个同时，不会有问题。
但对于F，B等非移民签证，进入美国马上交485很可能会引起USCIS对非移民签证欺诈的
调查。
