6.22网上做了SR，今天收到NSC回复。看了半天也不知道这个是不是已经relink上了。

Our service records indicate your application is currently pending and has
been pre-adjudicated. Final review by an officer is dependent upon your
approved Form I-140 as well as visa availability based off your category and
priority date. Your visa is available and your case will be processed in
the order in which it was received. Please keep your mailing address current
to avoid missing any correspondence or notices.
这个回复之前没有看别人post过，不过也可能是标准回复。但是说了Your visa is
available，是不是就说明已经relink上了呢？万分感谢。
