今天收到RFE的信，居然没有evl，只有medical。
LD是主申请人，他在递485后180天后换了工作，我们本来以为肯定会要evl，现在却没
有，律师说：I received the USCIS RFE today in the mail for you and XXXXX.
Interestingly, there is no request for an updated employment letter, only a
new Medical Examination. USCIS has a standard paragraph they have included
in other RFE’s asking for the employment letter, so maybe the officer
forgot to cut and paste that paragraph into your RFE. We may still want to
include a short employment letter in the interest of full disclosure and to
avoid having USCIS come back and issue a second RFE asking about your job.
我们在考虑要不要听律师的在RFE回复里include a short employment letter。这么做
会不会多此一举，甚至适得其反，反而引起USCIS注意，自己招惹来了evl或者其他相关
的RFE？
有人在一次RFE后短期内又收到另一个RFE的吗？ | l*******0
