我看了一下上面的链接，说USCIS有个Standard Occupational Classification (SOC)
来给不同的工作进行分类，但是又不完全靠SOC来分，还要考虑很多其他因素。（

不知从Hardware engineer转到software developer engineer(SDE)算不算不同类型？
