怎么能去主动用ead ?
H1b expried, ead还是有效的，只是两年后不能再去renew了？
如果这样，是不是还是去h1b renew 保险点？

如果绿卡被否了,ead就无效了,所以必须 renew h1b.
As you know, your green card application is pending. However, if his green
card is denied for any reason (although *highly unlikely*), then your EAD (
from the green card) would cease to be valid and if we haven’t kept your
underlying H-1B up to date, then you will have nothing to fall back on.
Meaning, that you would need to leave the U.S. and cease working | s*******n

发帖数: 396 | 9 我和楼主 timeline一样，RFE比你晚，H1B过期日期也一样。我们公司的做法是保持h1b
，所以如果公司愿意renew当然保持h1b咯 | c****n

保持H1B需要一直用H1B签证，不能用AP。
所花的时间金钱还有被check的风险，心里要有数。
为了一个highly unlikely的可能性，值不值。
另外，就算真的485被拒，到时候再续h1b也不迟。
