为副申请人，
1. 我也必须遵从排期当前吗？目前排期是8月份
2. 我可以在8月底递交485吗？ 还是说USCIS收到485的时间必须在8月31日之前。 | W********n
发帖数: 199 | 2 你的情况跟我家差不多，我作为主申请是大学的代理律师代办的，我前两周也费了不少
心思在这个问题上。一直觉得花$1500律师代理费不值，他们填的表有不少错，还得自
己一个一个地过，索性就自己弄了。还好，律师比较配合，在律师给USCIS的cover
letter上，她加了如下一段话：
“Please note that the applicant intends to file applications to adjust
status for his spouse, XXX, and their child, XXX, following the submission
of his i-485 application with your office”
然后，我就在USCIS收到主申请的材料两天后，提交了副申请的材料。
主副申请的timeline如下：
PD: Nov 1, 2013
485 RD: Aug 3, 2015
485 e-ND: Aug 5, 2015
Check cashed: Aug 6, 2015
Waiting for FP notice.
副申请(自己DIY)
485 RD: Aug 5, 2015
e-ND: Aug 10, 2015
Check cashed: Aug 11, 2015
副申请的申请费都cash了，应该说明这样递交材料没问题。但保险起见，我建议你把你
家LD主申请的receipt notice复印一份在cover letter后，并且在cover
letter里说清楚主申请已经提交，这样更保险些。赶紧在月底前提交，USCIS收到日期
必须是本月底。
