authorizations in response to requests for China Employment Second
preference cases for the remainder of FY-2015. This action was necessary
because the FY-2015 annual limit for this category has been reached. Numbers
will once again be available for this Employment category beginning October
1, 2015 under their FY-2016 annual numerical limitation. Visa requests for
the remaining applications that are not allocated visa numbers will be
placed in the DOS “pending” demand file.”
