转述了UCCIS的response,估计议员现在也没什么办法了，移民局这群猪。
我是年初叫的485,PD是2011的，NSC。6月份我去SR，他们说是我已经pre-adjudicated,
等visa number.
从移民局哪里转来的消息是：
an element of the background check process was initiated in XYZ's permanent
residency case. and it is not yet complete. After this process is complete,
the Alien File (A-File) containing the aforementioned Form I-485 may be
referred to an administrative review which will facilitate the return of
this case to an officer for adjudication at the NSC. While we are unable to
determine the date on which XYZ's permanent residency cases will be assigned
to an adjudicating officer and when the adjudication process may be
complete, you may submit a follow-up inquiry to the NSC Congressional Unit
after approximately 30-45 days from the date of this e-mail message.
不明白为啥前段时间SR说pre-adjudicated,NSC 关于这个状态的定义就是Background
check都结束了。 我的485都7个月了，还要BC吗？移民局这帮人真心不靠谱。 | t*******e
