一个是可能要批准的截止日期.
一个是可以门内等的截止日期.
Application Final Action Dates (dates when immigrant visas may finally be is
sued and Adjustment of Status applications may be approved); and
Dates for Filing Applications (earliest dates when applicants may be able to
apply for an Immigrant Visa or Adjustment of Status).
