format, I can ask my company lawyer to do it for me.
Stamp and sign off, I can get it done today.
So who have the format in hand can help me?

发帖数: 203 | 5 国内的委托书你google 一下就好了。公证 委托书 作为关键词 哪个都行
国内要用的和这里你公司的律师没有关系的。。。。除非你是在美国要委托才用英文的

My company lawyer don't know Chinese, so I have to use English version, and
I will translate it to Chinese version by myself, and ask my company lawyer
to notary it.
I am not sure whether it work or not, but hope it work......... |

发帖数: 203 | 7 不知道你在国内哪个城市， 各个地方规定不一样
拿你的身份证 护照复印件，最好是扫面后彩色打印的那种，用中文写上你的委托书信
息，委托人的身份证复印件。这些在国内应该足够了。
相反不知道美国这边的委托书国内公证处是否认同 建议你还是直接用中文的公证委托
书吧，至少再准备一份。 就是个表格 直接问你要去办的公证处 有些是会提供的 |
