那个第二排期乱七八糟的，都不知道uscis 是不是故意报复还是为了避免官司所以要

Apologies for yesterday’s post. I incorrectly reportedu that there was a
new posting by DHS regarding the I-140 regulation which was not, in fact,
new. There is chatter about movement on the I-140 regulation starting to
happen and some predicting that a proposed rule will be released by year’s
end and I’ll try and find more information on where things stand.

他们desperate；老中们一开始盼望pd大跃进，现在眼瞅着希望不大了，所以140 ead是

著名律师预测的是明年年底以前生效，如果还有的话。

发帖数: 466 | 6 he corrected his original post for the timeline. Since the proposal rule may
come out earlier( this year instead of next spring), the final rule will
post ahead of time too.

发帖数: 4965 | 9 要立法，找议员支持。要靠总统EO，还得给奥巴马写信，让他顶住压力别反悔。
估计这140 EAD条款公示的时候，阻力不会小，
而且如果明年美国经济走势转差，阻力会更大。
