找到工作能提供EVL。所以板上如果被裁的人都是尽量赶紧找到工作。如果你失业，原

So, I am already responding to RFE, If my documents are pretty complete
after this response and green card is very likely to be issued, I can leave
my job without having to worry about that my green card actually came in
AFTER I left my employer? This is under the circumstances that the
employment ended in good terms and employer won't do anything to damage the
petition.

RFE呢？。。。只是个concern，我也不清楚。

be even more unlikely that it would be about employment (employment was
already part of the initial RFE).
My only concern would be I would be unemployment when green card is approved
. Does anyone see this a problem when it comes to renewal later? |

is very lay back. And they delayed so much time in responding my RFE (even I
prepared most of them myself). I worry because this still Employment based
and I don't want my employment intention to be doubted later. Not sure what
the chances are. looking forward to any 大牛's insights.

实际上除了批之前RFE EVL，批了之后谁会去查你……

a huge deal and said very likely this will become a problem when it comes to
green card renewal or naturalization.
