RD: 03/11/2014 第一波降级，窗户关上之前没有拿到。
2015年7月relink回EB2, RFE体检。从新体检后，没有拿到绿卡。众议院办公室说我的
case 8月已经allocate了visa number，还信誓旦旦的说给USCIS TSC director打了电
话说9月排期倒退也会接着批，10月旧财年结束也会接着批, "They allocated the
number for you. They won't take it back". 11月份主动给我打电话回来说因为财年
结束了，所以给的visa作废了。浪费了中国一个名额。
2015年12月做了Online Service Request要求重新回到EB3，因为1月1号又current了。
随后发了follow up的信。圣诞节左右又联系了众议院办公室，让帮忙确认一下
category。说60天后会有答复。
上星期又寄了第二次EAD/AP renew的信。周五送到USCIS。不知道是不是这个起了作用。
今天早上送完孩子上学，地铁站里等上班地铁的时候，一查邮件绿了。

This is an I-485 Transfer Request to transfer EB-2 based I-485 to approved
EB-3 140 Receipt#: SRC149*********

2015) and we did medical exams twice. I would really appreciate it if it got

The purpose of the online request and this letter is to transfer the EB-2
