EMPLOYMENT-BASED VISA APPLICATIONS?
In https://www.uscis.gov/visabulletininfo, USCIS will indicate on this page
that you must use the Application Final Action Dates chart to determine
when you may file your adjustment of status application.
For Employment-Based Filings:
You must use the Application Final Action Dates chart in the Department of
State Visa Bulletin for April 2016.
Anyone know if USCIS will reject if we send the I485 by the filing date?

抱怨，律师提前两天提交了，结果等了1年多之后，等来了被据，关键自己也是按时提
交，没有及时纠正，切记提交后自己核实RD. |
