发帖数: 168 | 1 现在L1B还有两年时间，今年要转H1B，LD在用L2 EAD工作。
现在的问题是如果file H1B as COS, LD就要转H4，但因为现在有一个pending的L2 EAD
extension application，律师说如果LD申请COS会造成移民局confuse，可能会不批L2
EAD.
但如果file H1B as Consular notification, 会不会造成LD 从L2 EAD到H4 EAD转换之
间的GAP？
一旦我转成H1B, LD还能用原来的L2 EAD 工作吗（没过期的）？

What I would suggest to avoid any gap in employment is that if selected
under the H1B lottery and when you are ready to switch to H1B/ H4 we refile
an H petition (not subject to CAP) and request the change of status with the
H4 EAD at that time.
这样就能avoid gap吗？H4 EAD申请现在也要几个月吧？ |
