Here is the status:
My PERM was certified yesterday. My HR and attorney are preparing documents
for extending my H-1B and my wife's H-4, but have not filed yet, almost
everything is ready. My H-1B and her H-4 expires on 7/29/2016.
Goal: to get H-4 EAD as soon as possible with ONLY one application.
Question: how do I do that?
Concern: if we file 140 and H-4 EAD application now, the expiration date
will be 7/29/2016, right?
If I PP my H-1B extension and her H-4, after we got approval, then submit I-
140 and H-4 EAD application and then the expiration date will be all the way
to 2019. Correct?
Any recommendations?
