我正准备递交EAD/AP的renew 材料呢，这会儿不知道如何是好了。
网上难道状态update会滞后这么多？不会SR的时候把别人的状态看成我的状态了吧。
April 15到April 20可是五天过去了，网上没变化啊，不敢期待有啥好运气啊 |

接通了以后按指示按键，接到真人以后， 直接说SR说你绿了，但是online case没有变
化， 要接level 2

response应该就是最新的状态，online的状态不一定会变化的。

楼主这个情况跟我们副申请的I-131情况类似，infopass时候顺便问了一下pending了大
半年的AP，结果被告知之前就已经批了，但是系统上一直都不update，并且几次SR回复
都是煞有介事的说additional review云云。。。估计是这种情况就是批了以后被遗忘
，忘记更新，随之也忘记寄出来。。。。。。
这种情况很讨厌。。。
所以再打电话到tier2去让他们帮去notice一下尽快寄出来。。。

原来还有这样的
我不确定我是否打电话去tier2，我打电话开始的接线员说她看到的状态跟我online查
询的状态是一样的，所以就把我转给另外一个人，另外一个人有点印度口音，好像挺不
耐烦的，开始告诉我他看到的状态也是Fingerprint received,我解释了SR回复的邮件
，结果他让我照着读了两遍，verify了一堆信息，还问了律师的情况，最后他说他也看
到SR的信件了，以SR的回复为准。整体感觉打电话没啥收获，感觉服务态度非常一般。
