What is check EB3. I did not see anywhere on the form asking to check EB3
check “yes” on those two questions regarding why

4,Copy of the certified LCA (expired long time ago)
What is Copy of the certified LCA (expired long time ago)?

关于LCA 是原文的误写 应该是labor certification
就是certified ETA9089 你需要这个复印件
当时EB2 PERM certify的时候拿到的
