My wife and I have maintained a legal immigration status. I am currently
on a valid H-4 visa status. My H-4 visa status will expire on XX/XX/XXXX [
Exhibit visa]. I last entered the United States on a H-4 visa on XX/XX/XXXX
[Exhibit I94]. I changed to H-4 visa on XX/XX/XXXX, [Exhibit visa]. My
lawful status derives from my valid marriage to my wife [Exhibit marriage]
and her H-1B status [Exhibit visa]. I finished my Ph.D. in XX major at XX
University in United States [Exhibit diploma]. I am currently unemployed at
home and taking care of our child.
My wife is currently on a valid H-1B visa status. Her H-1B visa status

lawfully on a F-1 visa on xx/xx/xxxx [Exhibit visa]. She changed to H-1B
