以在这边把新的EAD/AP寄给她吗？
我们本周已经寄出了renew的文件，不知道通常需要多久能批下来，也不知道邮寄会不
会有风险，有这样操作过的版友吗？如果不邮寄新卡，可以只用新卡的复印件入关吗？ |

那出境的时候也要检查一下AP吗？
还是看了护照就会在电脑上有记录你用的是旧的AP出境的？ |

请教一下，为什么等同于放弃485?不是说只要交485的时候在美国境内就可以了吗？

发帖数: 84 | 7 按我的理解，你现在的485是申请境内转换身份，因此交485之后的离境是需要AP来豁免
的，如果AP过期了你还没回来，485也就不成立了。

in the U.S., and (iii) then departs the U.S., the foreign national must

abandonment of the
pending advance parole application would not occur. However, the foreign

发帖数: 150 | 10 是啊，本以为EAD过期前应该就绿了，今年初换工作的时候就没transfer H1B，直接用
EAD工作了，没想到这个财年都绿不了啊。。。。
对了斑竹，EAD的renew一般情况下大概多久能批下来呢？
