奥本们还敢说demand极大，连个inventory都出不来，他们能搞清楚什么？ | y******0

奥本不看inventory。
当年他对inventory的看法：
You are wasting your time looking at things like inventory (likely to be
month’s old data) etc., since there are way too many variables involved for
that type of data to be the sole basis for conclusions. Just watch for the
visa availability updates in the bulletin and use them to understand what
will be happening the coming months. I have access to data, and still know
that there are too many unexpected things which can happen with USCIS
processing to try and make estimates more than 3 – 4 months out.

NIU 5.26 去信询问EB2C FY14年截至5.23号的approved visa numbers。其中比较了Jan
2014 到Apr 2014 的inventory data，指出后者只比前者减少了212个名额。
5.27 上午从奥本本人处得到回信的。 他列举了三种情况inventory data没有很好
cover的：new filings， 在两个service center之外的District office 处理的，和
海外处理的。 他说从1.1 -4.1 总共用了960+ 个名额， 迄今为止，EB2C已经用了大
大超过（well over）85% 年度限额。 | w***3
发帖数: 938 | 3 能不能催一下USCIS出个INVENTORY, 即使那个数据不准，但是通过比较还是可以看出一
些端倪和趋势。也可以用这个数据去询问奥本，毕竟2014奥本的对inventory的表态，
是不是现在还是这个态度，还是有什么变化。
反正有数据总比没有强，即使数据有点问题。
